This notice explains the Sorikong Friends iOS app and this informational website separately.

Information the app does not collect

The current app does not require an account or sign-in. It has no feature that collects or sends names, dates of birth, contact details, location, photos, recordings, or play history to the developer’s servers. It also does not use advertising, tracking, or third-party remote analytics SDKs.

Settings stored on your device

Your selected theme and language, movement speed, stationary play, captions, volume, and break settings are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes its local data. Device backup and restoration depend on Apple and your device settings.

Speech playback

The current development version uses iOS system speech synthesis when a prepared audio file is unavailable. The app does not record your child’s voice or request microphone access. It does not send text to an external speech server of its own. System voice installation and behavior depend on the iOS environment.

Payments

After launch, payment for downloading the app will be handled by Apple’s App Store. The app does not directly collect credit card numbers or payment account details.

Informational website

This site has no registration, inquiry form, advertising or visitor analytics scripts. The hosting service may process technical data such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure the site.

Children and caregivers

This word-play app is intended to be used together with a caregiver. Parent settings are designed to be accessed after answering a verification question. Support guidance also asks users not to send information that could identify a child.

Support and privacy

When you email support, your email address, message and any attachments you provide are processed to respond to your request. Do not send a child’s name, photos or voice, passwords or payment card information.

Handling and retention

Only support staff access support messages. Information no longer needed after resolution is deleted, except where retention is required by law. Email support to request deletion or correction.
