How can we help?

Here’s how to start playing with words together.

How do we get started?

Choose a theme: fruit, animals, the sea, or the city. Then choose Korean, English, Spanish, or Chinese. Tap a character to hear its name → one feature → another feature. After the three phrases, it starts again with the name.

How do the interface and learning languages differ?

The app’s buttons and settings follow your iOS language. You can choose a learning language separately in the app. This website follows your browser’s language, and you can change it in the top menu. Unsupported languages fall back to English.

Can I move the characters?

Drag a character to a spot on the screen. It stops moving while you hold it and moves again when you let go. Dragging does not play speech.

I can’t hear any sound.

  1. Check your device’s volume and Bluetooth headphone connection.
  2. Check that the volume in the app’s parent settings is not turned down.
  3. Wait for the current phrase to finish, then tap again. Repeated taps do not queue up speech.
  4. Korean and English prioritize audio included in the app. Spanish, Chinese and unavailable bundled clips use system voices; check that the required voices are installed.

The movement is too fast.

Lower the speed or choose stationary play in the parent settings. You can also pause on the screen.

How do I open the parent settings?

Tap Settings and solve the arithmetic question on the screen. You can adjust volume, captions, movement speed, stationary play, and break reminders.

Are there subscriptions or extra charges?

We plan to launch as a paid download priced at ₩4,900 in Korea. There are no additional in-app payments or subscriptions. Check the App Store after launch for the final selling price.

Do you collect personal information?

The current app has no sign-up, ads, or remote analytics and does not send play information to the developer’s servers.Privacy information has more details.

What should I include in a support request?

Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, selected language and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not include your child’s name, photos or voice, or your Apple Account password.
